How much would getting a jeep wrangler murdered out cost?

I plan on getting an '86 to '89 jeep wrangler for my first car and I would like to get it murdered (all black, tinted, and wheels black). I like the powder coat color like Rob's car on Rob and Big. Does anyone know how much this would cost. I'm hoping the paint job will not cost what the car did itself.|||About tree fiddy.|||Rattle can it. It should be about $50 for sandpaper and paint.
